Software Notes
For on boarding-only services, the software will be set up under the client’s name and ownership. We will be granted agent access solely for the purposes of setup, training, and support with the initial submission.
Important
The free software option applies to the basic version only. We reserve the right to charge for software under Option 1 and Option 2 if you choose a higher-level subscription.
Where additional features or increased complexity require paid software, this will be discussed and agreed with you in advance.
Training & Support
MTD onboarding includes up to two hours of client training and initial support. Any additional training or ongoing support beyond this allowance is chargeable at our standard hourly rate, which will be confirmed and agreed in advance
